Diébougou, around .... km2, is situated in the province of Bougouriba, south west of  Burkina Faso, with more than 25.000 habitants. Its social structure is characterized by clans and divisions originating from different cultures. The autority is practised by custom persons in charge: leader of earth and notables. The population practises essencialy the agriculture and animals husbandry. A little part of them practises craftwork, gardening and commerce. The town cuoncil still carry the loads of the traditions, what delays the rhythm of the development. Other determinant factor is because of being a region of frontier favors the migratory flow to the big cities of the Country, particulary Ouagadougou and Bobo-Dioulasso, and extrème towards Ghana and Ivory Coast.

The devastation of the ecosistema by human beings (fire on florests, deforestation, raid of wild animals in cultivated areas and migratory movements in search of good land for the cultivation),  contributes dangerously to the deterioration of the ground. This phenomenon represents the principal factor responsible for the escape of valid labour of the region. The families, being impeded of the young workforce, fall in a recurrent famine, increasing the poverty and the misery.

Regarding the geographical position, Diebougou is an ideal zone for the exercise of a prosperous commerce, but unfortunately this area still remains in embryonic state. It is flourishing only in the centre of the village and relies on farm produce: corn, sorghum, peanuts. Unfortunaly, what concerns harvest, transformation and flow of distribution of these products remain without solution. Only the exploitation of local resources is organized.

This project finds its way into the responsible participation of the young people to the concerns of their city.
However, remain fundamental contradictions of economical development, of social inclusion and effective participation at all scales. Typical elements of a disorientated and unhappy youth, when it was not organized scientifically, acute the most varied vices of any forms and every time, searching ways and means by indexing autopromotion as exit of sortire of the hostage.
